  • Five competitors — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, Angelina, Madison — learned tournament survival skills and Julieta shined in the Hispanic Showcase.

  • Team of five — Julieta, Ashley, Aspen, Riley, Madison. Highlights: Julieta dominated poetry (1st) and collected medals in ADS & POI; Madison nabbed 5th in poetry; Duo pairs placed 4th & 5th. Team finished 2nd in the Community College sweepstakes.

  • Five competitors — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, Angelina, Madison — swept lots of podium spots. Julieta: multiple poetry 1sts + ADS & POI podiums; Aspen & Madison: Duo gold at UTEP; team 1st in Community College sweepstakes at both events (and 2nd in the combined Swing sweepstakes). Flex achieved.

  • Five students — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, Riley, Madison — faced a huge field (25 schools). Lots of reps, big lessons, good snacks maybe.

  • Six members — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, Isabella, Angelina, Madison. Julieta swept multiple 1sts (open ADS, POI); team 2nd in community college sweepstakes. Basically podiums everywhere.

  • Four students — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, Isabella — dialed in final nationals pieces. Isabella: 1st in Extemp & Impromptu; Julieta: ADS 1st, POI 1st, poetry 2nd. Nationals dress rehearsal = success.

Ten-day trip, shiny small bronzes, huge memories.

    • State Drama (Dec 5, Laramie) — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, Angelina, and Madison judged high-school theatre (long travel day, lots of dramatic tears that were not ours).

    • Wind River Districts (Feb 27, Riverton) — Julieta, Aspen, Katie, and Isabella ran rooms and judged without coaches — administrative ninjas making sure things didn’t explode.
